Info from Licensor: "Happened Aug 29th 2024. My father was waiting for us in his car on 1st ave, E26th street when a biker decided not to use the bike lane, and rode through a red light. They were hit by a car and later taken away in an ambulance. The ambulance part happened later and is not in the video."
