Russian forces have intercepted and destroyed 144 Ukrainian drones across nine of the country's regions on Tuesday, the Russian defense ministry said.
Seventy-two drones were destroyed over the Bryansk region, 20 over the Moscow region, and 14 over Russia's Kursk region, said the defense ministry.
Overnight, apartment buildings in the Ramenskoye district of the Moscow region had been damaged as a result of a drone attack, according to Moscow region governor Andrey Vorobyev.
According to preliminary information, one woman has died, three people have been hospitalized, and 43 people have been placed in temporary housing centers following the attack.
The defense ministry added that 13 drones were destroyed over the Tula region, eight over the Belgorod region, seven over the Kaluga region, five over the Voronezh region, four over the Lipetsk region, and one over the Oryol region.
