Info from Licensor: "His name is Troy Mullins. He is my younger uncle believe it or not. We were at a birthday party at the park in St. Paul, VA. Troy decided he wanted to 'Fly' through the air like a superhero; however, the swing was not fastened in correctly and unlatched causing him to fall out of the swing. I started recording him because I thought it would be a silly video, but it was so much better than that. No one was harmed in the video. The swing was not broken. It was a funny experience."
