Julington Creek Severe Flooding
Severe flooding observed at Julington Creek following 8 consecutive days of heavy rainfall. The Hood Road boat ramp was rendered inaccessible for a pickup truck with a boat trailer, despite two attempts. An SUV was spotted navigating through the submerged streets. The water level on Helm Drive, which borders the creek, reached halfway up the mailboxes in the cul de sac. The footage was captured at 12150 Deeder Ln, Jacksonville.
