Child with head stuck between concrete balcony posts rescued by neighbours
This is the tense moment a child with his head stuck between concrete balcony posts was rescued by neighbours in India.
Footage shows the crying boy with his head trapped between the balusters of a house in Bharmour, Himachal Pradesh, on September 8.
The child had reportedly become trapped between the verandah railing while playing.
Neighbors initially tried to free him by pulling his head, but their efforts were unsuccessful. They eventually broke the concrete railing with a hammer and safely extracted the child.
