Jury refuse to convict four actionists who cost Teledyne's weapons factory over £500K in damages, disrupting the production of Israeli missile parts.

This result came after the Judge rejected all legal defences including the necessity to save lives and prevent the greater crime, leading to the four representing themselves and reminding the jury of their right to acquit as a matter of conscience.

Defying all the odds and legal directions given by the judge, the jury were unable to reach a majority decision to convict, leading to a hung jury.

A retrial is expected to happen in February 2026, giving another opportunity to expose who the real criminals are.
