Car tries and fails to speed through flash flood in jacksonville north Carolina and gets stuck. trapped in water
I was trying to prevent people from driving though flood waters, but this person didn't heed my warning.
I knew he wouldn't make it, so I took out my camera and filmed him making a dangerous mistake.
He was ok. His vehicle... not so much.
Never drive through flooded roadways, it can be lethal. Turn around, don't drown.
