This is the gruesome moment a driver rams into cars in a motorway toll booth at high speed killing himself and smashing through two other vehicles.

CCTV security footage from the booth in Kongayev, Kazakhstan, shows cars queuing patiently to pay and go through at 2 am on 15th September.

Then without warning a mint green Chevrolet Cobalt roars up towards the line and smashes into a crash barrier.

But its momentum carries it on and it flips over onto its side, smashing into the rear of a waiting Hyundai Sonata and cannoning it into another car ahead.

Local media reports that the Chevrolet driver died instantly in the crash and video footage of the wreckage shows the roof completely caved in.
