Monkeys attack woman in forest in China
This is the shocking moment a woman is harassed by monkeys, with one clinging to her hair and another climbing up her dress and attempting to look underneath.
The incident occurred at Guiyang Qianling Mountain Park in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, China, on September 14.
Footage shows the young woman screaming as the animal clings to her long black hair while the other tries to climb up her clothing and peer inside it.
Her ordeal ended when she bent down, causing the first primate to jump onto a railing and prompting the second one to flee.
A spokesman said: 'These are wild animals, we advise people to avoid contact with them, but if they do have a connection we cannot do anything about it.
'There seem to be incidents involving monkeys attacking tourists almost every day.'
Yi Gang, a staff member of the Animal Management Department of Hefei Wildlife Park, added: 'If you are attacked by monkeys, don't panic or scream. If there is food in your bag, you can throw the food away to lure them away. Don't do anything to provoke the monkeys.'
