Earthquake of magnitude 4.7 hits eastern China

A 4.7-magnitude earthquake jolted Feidong County in Hefei, the capital city of east China's Anhui Province, at 8:08 p.m. yesterday on Sept 18, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC). No casualties have been reported.

The video shows various shots of shaking CCTV footages and a big crack appeared on the road.

The epicenter was monitored at 31.98 degrees north latitude and 117.60 degrees east longitude. The quake struck at a depth of 12 km, said a report issued by the CENC.
