Car crashes into parked vehicle at night in Zhejiang, China
On May 23, 2024, in Zhejiang province, China, a Li Auto L7 autonomous vehicle was involved in an accident. A video shared by @LiAutoNOAautonomousdrivingaccident captured the incident, where the autonomous car collided with a stationary black car in the fast lane. The black vehicle had been involved in a previous collision and was left on the road with no occupants, as the driver and passengers had moved to a safe area. Due to darkness and the lack of lights on the black car, it was not visible, and the SUV Li Auto vehicle was unable to stop in time, resulting in the crash. The driver and a passenger in the white SUV sustained leg injuries and were sent to the hospital.
