Meanwhile, in Ancona, a significant operation took place in Osimo, where six families were evacuated following a landslide that posed an immediate threat to their homes. The swift actions of the firefighters prevented what could have been a disastrous outcome for these families.

As of 1:45 PM, the efforts continued unabated with over 90 rescue operations completed since the morning. A notable collaboration between the firefighters and the Carabinieri was captured on video at Castelferretti, a fraction of Falconara Marittima, where both forces worked in unison to evacuate residents from homes endangered by the flooding.
