On September 19, heavy rainfall brought by Typhoon Bebinca hit Suzhou, Anhui Province, causing severe flooding in the city. Some areas experienced water levels over 1 metre deep, making it impossible for many passengers in a hurry to reach the high-speed train station.

In response, kind-hearted citizens spontaneously organised a convoy using large semi-trucks and loaders to transport stranded passengers.

Mr. Cui, a semi-truck driver, explained that the road leading to the high-speed train station was deeply flooded, preventing both people and cars from passing through.

Several semi-truck drivers, seeing passengers stranded, decided to organise and shuttle them across the flooded area. Cui mentioned that he had been transporting passengers since 8 am and would continue to do so as long as the water remained. He said he felt a strong sense of purpose and value in helping those rushing to catch their trains.
