⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Global commercial vehicle manufacturers are showcasing energy-saving and environment-friendly products at the ongoing International Motor Show (IAA) Transportation 2024 in Hannover, Germany.

The fair, which opened on Tuesday and will run until Sunday, brings together over 1,700 exhibitors from 41 countries and regions. This year's focus is on climate neutrality in logistics and transportation, with low-carbon environmental protection as the main theme of the event.

The fair has also garnered significant participation from Chinese commercial vehicle and component manufacturers.

Amidst the surge of smart electric vehicles in the industry, the fair, described as "the world's largest platform for transport and logistics" by organizers, undoubtedly stands as a pivotal stage for national brands to exhibit their innovative transportation systems.

This year's fair boasts an exhibition area of innovative achievements, offering visitors opportunities for discussion and engagement with exhibitors.

At the exhibition area, major carmakers are unveiling energy-saving and environment-friendly vehicle models, with electric propulsion taking the lead in commercial vehicles alongside internal combustion vehicles.

New energy vehicles, such as hydrogen-powered ones, are capturing public attention. An array of environment-friendly freight solutions, including batteries with extended ranges, convenient charging stations, and flexible power modes tailored to usage scenarios, are at the forefront of the fair.

The Hanover fair, regarded as a "barometer" for the commercial vehicle and logistics industry, was established in 1897 and is held biennially in the northern German city of Hannover.
