An Ethiopian scholar has hailed China's whole-process people's democracy for prioritizing the wellbeing of human society.

In my perspective, this whole-process people-centered democracy of China is significantly different from the model by the West. It's simply because the experience from China prioritizes the wellbeing of human society.
It emphasizes peace and security, stability, and the safety of its citizens.
Given the experience in the last three or four decades, the Communist Party of China has been very successful in meeting the needs of its society's aspirations, economic development aspirations, building stronger institutions, which are relatively effective and efficient in providing health care, for instance, (and) education, infrastructural development."
