This is the shocking moment an out-of-control fire truck teetered on its wheels as it careened around a corner.
Alexander Ramos was driving when he witnessed the vehicle manoeuvring in a slanted position, almost hitting him in Laguna, the Philippines, on September 12.
Dashcam footage shows the red four-wheeler veering on the highway and smashing into a pole barrier. It then moved side to side, with the driver trying to control the steering wheel and prevent a crash.
The filmer said: 'I was terrified because I almost got hit. Luckily, everything came under control.'
