As Zhuang pedaled along, he encountered a 32-year-old man, also surnamed Zhuang, who suddenly and without provocation, lifted his foot and viciously kicked the boy, causing him to lose balance and fall heavily along with his bicycle. Immediately after the assault, the assailant showed no remorse or intention to assist the injured child. Instead, he fled the scene swiftly, leaving the boy and his bicycle strewn on the ground.

Thanks to the tireless efforts of the police, just over 24 hours later, on September 22 at approximately 14:00, the suspect, Zhuang, was apprehended and taken into custody for questioning.

Fortunately, Zhuang sustained only minor abrasions on his left foot from the fall. However, the specifics of his injuries and any subsequent medical treatments required remain under wraps, pending further updates.
