An Oasis fan transformed herself into Noel Gallagher to celebrate the band's reunion.

Talented make-up artist Beth Gallagher used her work kit to turn herself into the oldest of the Manchester brothers.

The Oasis fanatic - who shared the 90s Brit pop legends' surname - spent one-and-a-half hours perfecting the look.

She painstakingly applied different shades of concealer and used dark eyeliner to change the shape of her nostrils.

One clip shows the 30-year-old singing along to AKA… What a Life – from Noel’s High Flying Birds band – while wearing a £7 wig from Amazon.

She is also sporting a denim jacket and using a make-up brush as a microphone.

Beth, who’s also from Manchester, told What's the Jam: "I used light and dark concealer, I contoured my face and used eyeliner to make my nostrils bigger then did lots of fading.

"I already had the denim jacket and I made a jumper look like a parka.

"I grew up listening to Oasis, my dad played them.

"I was born in 1994 when they were big so I've always been a fan.

"I've always hoped they'd have a reunion but never thought they would. I was so happy when I heard the announcement.

"I'll definitely try and get tickets. We'll go as a family. "

The mum-of-one says the whole family are dedicated fans and dad Michael, 57, went to secondary school with Noel.

Beth, who runs Bethgallagher_art, said: "My dad went to school with Noel. Their work used to get mixed up because my dad's initials were MG and Noel's were NG.

"I don't have a favourite brother. I love them both."

Pals said Beth's work was so realistic that they had to do a double take.

Some even joked her performance is the closest they'd get to seeing Oasis live as they expect they won't be able to afford tickets.

Others said she should use her skills to try and get backstage at one of the Manchester gigs next year.

Orion wrote: "Will be me trying to sneak in backstage at the reunion gigs.”

Olive joked: "Release the album."

Another added: "Best thing I think I’ve ever seen."

A fourth said: "This is going to be as close as we can get to seeing them live."

Isla quipped: "I had to do a double take then."

Noel and his brother Liam announced on Tuesday (27 Aug) they are reforming Oasis for 14 gigs next summer.
