Iconic Las Vegas Hotel prepares to meet its maker ahead of an imminent demolition.
With just over a week to go before it meets an explosive end, the famous Tropicana on the iconic Las Vegas Boulevard is being prepped in readiness for the big bang that will see it reduced to rubble in a matter of seconds.
Around 2,000 lbs of explosives will bring to an end the Tropicana's 67-year history that included the Las Vegas debut of Sigfried and Roy in 1967.
