US, Los Angeles: Santa Clarita Motorist Dead Following Gas Station Crash
Los Angeles, United States - September 28, 2024
09/28/2024 09:22 am (GMT-0700) | SANTA CLARITA, Calif. – A motorist was pronounced dead after their Chevrolet Corvette crashed into a wall at a Santa Clarita fueling station.
The incident was first reported to 911 operators shortly before 9:30 a.m. as a traffic collision in the 23500 block of Newhall Avenue, west of Sierra Highway, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department officials.
CPR was performed on the motorist following the crash.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station deputies were on scene with the body and vehicle as of 1:15 p.m.
