A video shows the hilarious moment a man falls over his dog whilst out on a walk.

The perfectly timed video shows a man running with his dog on September 21, 2024, in Tunbridge, Kent, when he tries to slow down.

The dog - a Labradoodle called Trudy - carries on running leaving the man to lose his balance and fall backwards.

Luckily there were no serious injuries but the man said he had some "battle bruises"."

The man, who does not want to be named, said: "The irony of all this is we had a team away day this week."

"As part of that was we had an army assault course. We were out walking the dog and I thought it was a great opportunity for a sprint."

"The dog got excited about this, Trudy was having a great time."

"When I came to stop, I stumbled back and fell."

"I was a bit battle bruised but no long term injuries."

"The dog was more concerned than anyone else."
