Info from Licensor: "9.25.24 at 4:19pm. We had gotten an emergency alert on our phones when I was working in a local cafe downtown Moscow, when we first heard about the dust storm. I alerted the baristas in the cafe that they might want to start shutting things down and I told a couple people to keep a heads up. I needed to go pick up my kids from school and I didn’t realize how quickly the storm was coming, so I jumped in my car and headed towards the school to grab my kids."
