SOUNDBITE (French): AMELIE SIMIER, Director of the Rodin Museum in France
"This is the first time Rodin's works have been displayed in China in such a long-term manner, which can be said to be unprecedented. We (the Rodin Museum in France) feel very honored and proud. Rodin's works came to China in 1993, a long time ago. Firstly, we strongly look forward to Shanghai and Chinese audiences coming here to appreciate Rodin's works. As such an important artist, Rodin is very inspiring to young artists and thinkers in terms of thinking and emotions. So the first thing we look forward to is that his works can be seen by the public."
