This is the terrifying moment a gust of wind blew chairs and tables as two men ate noodles.

The customers were having their dinner outside the shop when Monoblock chairs and metal tables were tossed into the air due to strong gusts in Henan, China, on September 20.

CCTV footage shows one of the tables hitting the diners, and an electric bike parked nearby toppling from the wind. This prompted one man to immediately flee the area and enter the building, while his friend slowly stood up and picked up his bag.

A staff member can be seen running towards the man to check if he is okay and gathering the scattered objects outside.

The victims reportedly did not sustain any serious injuries from the incident.

Some parts of the country have been experiencing severe weather conditions, resulting in flash floods, landslides, and heavy rainfall.

Authorities advise residents to be vigilant and stay indoors during these extreme weather conditions.
