Man takes on 204 grams' iron shoes to skip rope
Shocking footage has emerged of a man taking on 204 grams' iron shoes to skip rope in China.
The video, filmed in Jiaozuo, Henan Province on March 26, shows a man lifts the iron shoes with all his strength. However, Mr Yuan can wear them to do rope skipping.
According to local reports, Yuan is a 60-year-old coal miner. For the reason that he had leg disease, he used this way to treat his disease and his leg has already recovered.
Since then, Yuan started to use this way to work out.
