Gaza - October 04, 2024

Storyline:
The Palestinian death toll in Gaza from ongoing Israeli attacks has risen to 41,802, Gaza-based health authorities said in a statement on Friday.

Over the past 24 hours, the Israeli military killed 14 people and wounded 50 others in Gaza, bringing the total number of injuries to 96,844 since the Palestinian-Israeli conflict broke out in early October 2023, the statement added.

Israel has vowed to kill all persons involved in Hamas's attack on Israeli communities last October, which killed about 1,200 people. In the ensuing Israeli offensive in Gaza, most of the more than 40,000 people killed by Israeli forces are civilians, according to the Gaza-based health authorities.
