Women wearing bloodied sweatpants march through Central London on the first anniversary of the October 7th attacks in Israel
Women in grey bloodied sweatpants, chanting 'Rape is not resistance' were led by a man dressed as a Hamas militant marched through London on the first anniversary of the October 7th attacks this afternoon.
The women tied together with rope represented Naama Levy who was seen on shocking video footage released by Hamas, emerging from a car boot of vehicle with blood around the seat of her grey sweatpants and had a deep cut to her ankle.
She is still believed to be held hostage in Gaza.
The group highlighted the sexual violence committed by Hamas and other militants, which a senior UN official has reasonable grounds to believe rapes and gang-rapes had occured during the October 7th attacks on the Nova Music Festival and villages close to the border.
Several passersby disagreed with the group and voiced disapproving opinions that the alleged rapes were merely Israeli government propaganda.
