Car parked illegally is locked by police, driver exchanges tyre to escape punishment
Footage of a driver exchanging tyre to escape punishment after his car is locked by police because of parking illegally.
The video, filmed in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region last year, shows a tyre with a lock on it is removed from car.
According to local reports, the car parked on pavement and also occupied the blind lane, so it is locked by police.
However, when police patrols to that place again, they find the lock on the car disappears and the car is about to reverse to leave.
The car driver Mr Zhou replaced the locked tyre by a spare tyre in his trunk.
Zhou was fined 20 GBP, deducted three points and had to study for three hours.
