Bear shakes wildlife camera as it investigates device
This is the bizarre moment a bear shakes a wildlife camera as it investigates the device in a southern Russian park.
The brown bruin's antics were recorded on a capture camera overlooking a spectacular valley leading into a river at the Sayano-Shushensky Nature Reserve on September 5.
Footage released by the park shows the camera shaking while the animal seems to be adjusting the view from behind.
Then, it gently wipes the lens with a hefty paw and seems to peer into it, showing off the top of its head to demonstrate that it's in the right place.
Finally, satisfied with the new view, it moved on.
The reserve said: 'It's funny to watch a brown bear trying to set up a camera trap to show everyone the beauty of the Skyano-Shushensky Reserve.
'First of all, he gently wipes the lens with a paw, and then checks whether the camera captures the most beautiful angle correctly.'
