STORYLINE:
Iranians rallied in the capital city of Tehran on Tuesday, to express readiness for the all-out fight against Israel.
The rally was held at Palestine Square in central Tehran one day after the first anniversary of Hamas' surprise attack on Israel on Oct. 7, 2023.
The demonstrators waved flags of Iran, Hezbollah and Palestine, and held pictures of Iran's leaders.
They chanted slogans against the United States and Israel, and swore allegiance to Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
Earlier this month, Iran launched approximately 180 missiles at Israel, saying the action was in retaliation for the assassination of key "resistance" figures, including Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh and Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
In response, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that Tehran had made a "big mistake" and would "pay for it."
