US, Los Angeles: Hollywood Hills West Porsche Crashes Off Mulholland

10/09/2024 03:09 am (GMT-0700) | HOLLYWOOD HILLS WEST, LOS ANGELES – Three occupants in a Porsche sports car had to be rescued by LAFD early Wednesday morning when they crashed approximately 50 feet off Mulholland Drive.
The incident occurred in the 8500 block of West Mulholland Drive at the "Mulholland Scenic Overlook" where the vehicle, traveling westbound, lost control and crashed through a guard rail and off the roadway.
The three occupants – two female passengers and one male driver – were all evaluated and released at the scene. Crews used ropes and pulleys to assist the occupants out of the vehicle after an extended rescue operation.
