On October 1, during the National Day holiday, Zibo Zoo in Shandong introduced a unique exhibit, featuring a Chow Chow dog dyed in black and white to resemble a panda, quickly drawing the attention of many visitors.

Reportedly, this "panda dog" was placed in the zoo's fox exhibit, alongside actual foxes. The zoo explained that since dogs and foxes both belong to the canine family, this arrangement was both amusing and somewhat logical. The appearance of the "panda dog" attracted numerous visitors, many of whom expressed that it was their first time seeing such a animal display.

At the event, visitors could be seen gathering around the "panda dog," taking photos. Some even mentioned they came specifically to see this amusing exhibit. The zoo stated that the exhibit aimed to enhance the visitor experience, providing an enjoyable place for leisure during the holiday.

The zoo also emphasised that the dye used on the dog was safe and harmless to both humans and animals, ensuring the "panda dog's" health and safety.
