Footage of a usually nocturnal aardvark eating at a zoo in England.

The video, filmed at Chester Zoo, Cheshire on April 9, shows the bizarre but cute animal eating during the day even though it normally only comes out at night.

The filmer later wrote online: "This is the first time I was able to get footage of the strange and unusual Aardvark in the Chester Zoo, Cheshire in England.

"As a nocturnal animal it's mostly active at night."

"The mammals favourite food are ants and termites," he continued.
