On October 9, in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, a man was installing a light on a rooftop when the ladder he was using suddenly slipped. However, thanks to his quick reflexes and strong arm strength, the man managed to save himself from a dangerous situation.

According to the man, Mr. Geng, he was working on the rooftop, holding the ladder with one hand and talking on the phone with the other. Suddenly, the ladder lost its balance and began to fall.

Faced with the sudden danger, Mr. Geng quickly reacted, gripping the edge of the roof tightly with both hands and using his arm strength to steady himself. He then placed one foot on a nearby ledge, securing his position. The entire scene was captured by a nearby surveillance camera.

Mr. Geng mentioned that the roof was about 3 metres high, and a fall could have had serious consequences.
