The severe weather event has left the area grappling with severe flooding, necessitating urgent evacuations.

As the storm's aftermath unfolded, more than two dozen individuals, along with their pets, have been carried to safety by the brave first responders. The scene at the apartment complex was one of urgency and community support, with every person and animal precious cargo in the arms of those committed to rescue.
