This is the terrifying moment a rampaging bull injures a cleaner wearing a bright orange vest in China.

Footage shows a charging bull barreling through the streets, injuring several people on Xinhua Road in Xindian County, Yongzhou, Hunan Province, on October 8.

The out-of-control animal first struck a sanitation employee, leaving him with facial injuries and a severe head injury, causing him to bleed profusely.

The bull then targeted a motorcyclist, causing the rider to fall.

Undeterred, the beast continued its attack, rushing into a nearby repair shop and sending a woman inside into a panic.

The animal did not stop its erratic behaviour and rushed into a supermarket.

Local police were called to the scene and were forced to kill the animal.

The injured individuals were promptly transported to a hospital for treatment.

The owner of the bull has compensated for the damage caused by the violent animal.

Locals said the orange vest worn by the sanitation worker is close to red, which may also be one of the reasons it attracted the bull's attention.
