US paratroopers win skydiving gold with this stunning jump
The U.S. Army Parachute Team won gold at a skydiving competition with this awesome routine.
Footage shows Team USA executing 37 formations for the 8-way Formation Skydiving category at the FAI World Championships in Beaufort, North Carolina, on October 8.
They completed different configurations in mid-air before breaking off into different directions.
Lieutenant Colonel Alan Wilson, commander of the U.S. Army Parachute Team, said: 'This event provides a unique opportunity; not only is this team set to be world champions at this meet, earning gold, and helping keep the gold in the name ‘Golden Knights', but it also helps us connect with our legacy.'
