Footage of a ten-year-old Justin Bieber "obsessive" being surprised with Justin Bieber concert tickets.

The video, filmed in Utah on April 2, shows the super fan bursting into tears when her parents reveal the good news.

The filmer later wrote online: "I wanted to surprise my ten-year-old daughter who has been obsessed with Justin Bieber since she was three with tickets to his Purpose Tour.

"Tickets were sold out and I tried every radio contest to get tickets for her."

"The night before the concert we came across some tickets and couldn’t pass them up," she continued.

"We decided not to tell her or my little sister until right before the concert.

"We took them shopping and two hours before the show we walked over to the arena and I told them it was too bad that we didn’t get tickets that I tried as hard as I could but they were hard to get.

"I told them we could get a shirt and take a picture in front of the arena just for fun.

"As they posed for the picture we broke the news to them and the reaction was priceless.

"Best night for a mother and daughter."
