Smoke started coming out from the moving vehicle, fire started immediately after stopping the vehicle and getting out, all the passengers narrowly escaped in Bhuneshwar, Orisha
On 15 October, Tuesday A moving car caught fire on National Highway 16 near Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The car was going from Khandagiri in the capital Bhubaneswar towards Rasulgarh. Although the exact cause of the fire is not yet known,But it is feared that the fire may have started due to short circuit.
The owner of the car is a resident of Bihar and five other members of his family were traveling in the car when suddenly it caught fire.
However, everyone inside the car had a narrow escape as everyone managed to get out of the car before the fire intensified and soon afterwards the car caught fire. As soon as the information was received, a team of fire department reached the spot and controlled the fire.
According to the information, he had come from Bihar to visit Odisha with his family members. The registration number of the car was BR 01EK 6176-. When he was returning from Khandagiri, suddenly the brakes failed. After this he switched off the engine and the car stopped midway."
"As soon as the car stopped, they saw some smoke coming out of the bonnet and soon everyone out of the car. Soon after, the car caught fire and the fire engulfed the entire car."
Although no one was injured in the accident, the car and its occupants' belongings and documents were burnt to ashes due to the accident.
