Bolshaya Murta, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia - October 15, 2024

Three dogs have been saved after days stuck at the bottom of a small, empty, artificial reservoir that was too slippery for the animals to climb.

The rescue operation took place in Bolshaya Murta, in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia, on Tuesday, 15th October.

The footage shows two of the dogs being rescued by firefighters, with one of the men attached to a rope as he is pulled back up to ground level by his colleagues while clutching one of the dogs.

The video also shows the rescue of the second dog, with the firefighter walking backwards with the scared pooch as his colleagues winch him up the slippery tarpaulin slope.

The images do not show the rescue of the third dog, with the firefighter saying that it was too scared to approach the humans and took a little longer to save.
