Special shaped 100 CNY note
Shocking footage of a special shaped 100 CNY note has emerged from China.
The video, filmed in Yichang, Hubei Province last Friday, shows an 100 CNY note issued on 1990 has one more corner.
According to Mrs Lei, after checked by bank, the special shape 100 CNY note is real one. The bank staff once wanted to use 200 CNY to exchange it.
The worth of this note has been up to 300 thousands pounds now.
However, some experts said since the 100 CNY note was deformed currency because of cutting mistake, it might have a high price, but no one would buy it.
