France: Heroic Helicopter Crews Save 25 from Southeast Floods in Daring Rescues

Yesterday alone, five Dragon helicopters performed numerous hoist operations, pulling 25 individuals from the grips of raging floodwaters.
The pilots, mechanics, onboard operators, and helicopter rescue teams have been working tirelessly, showcasing an exemplary level of dedication and skill. Their efforts have been crucial in reaching those stranded or swept away by the sudden onslaught of water, offering a lifeline from above in situations where ground access was impossible.
These rescues involved specialist swiftwater rescue teams, who were lowered into treacherous conditions to secure and extract individuals from perilous situations. Each operation was a testament to the teamwork and precision required to save lives under such high-pressure circumstances.
