On October 6, 2024, in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg, Russia, a passenger car struck a stroller being pushed by a 28-year-old mother, causing the stroller to overturn and the one-year-old child to fall onto the road. The incident occurred near house No. 15 on Zavodskaya Street, with the driver of a Ford Focus fleeing the scene. CCTV footage revealed the car driving too close to the sidewalk.
