A huge python was removed from a car in Myanmar.

Animal rescuers retrieved the snake from underneath the vehicle's dashboard compartment in Mandalay on August 23.

Footage captured by Phoe Thin Gyan shows the reptile coiled inside the gap. Moments later, five men carefully extracted the animal, pinning it down.

Locals said the python was safely relocated to the forest, away from populated areas.

Pythons are nonvenomous constrictors that prey on rodents, birds, lizards, and mammals. They lack venomous fangs and consume their prey whole by swallowing it.
