STORYLINE:

Based in Xiamen, China, the Institute for Digital Economy and Artificial Systems (IDEAS) enhances BRICS cooperation by serving as a hub for the transformation of innovative achievements and fostering international collaboration.

It is one of the first projects signed by the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center, a BRICS partnership on the new industrial revolution.

"Our main goal is to provide an understandable and very clear service platform for BRICS and BRICS plus countries, how to enter the Chinese market. Our most outstanding project, I would like to mention is our Eurasian data center. Its main direction is to provide a platform for Eurasian countries, neural networks, IT platforms, to establish themselves within the Chinese legislation as well as IT system. And this way, we can provide more manageable solutions for BRICS countries."

IDEAS has forged strong relationships with over 150 domestic and international companies.

Looking ahead, it aims to explore new ways of cooperation, advancing global economic integration.
