Russia: Moment Scooter Rider Crashes Into Barrier At Full Speed in Vladivostok

This is the moment a scooter rider crashes into a barrier at full speed and nearly loses his head.
The footage was shot in Vladivostok, in Russia's far-eastern Primorsky Krai region, on Saturday, 19th October. The video shows the scooter rider, reportedly a teenager, hitting the barrier at full speed, with it catching him by the throat just under his chin.
Luckily the barrier was not very strong and it bent with the scooter rider, who has not been named, with the end of it breaking off as he ended up in a heap on the ground. The images then show the scooter rider getting to his feet and walking out of shot, having apparently escaped serious injury.
He then inspects his vehicle, before moving it to the side of the road. Then, he sits down next to it as the footage ends.
