This is the moment wild monkeys raided parked motorcycles for food.

Two mischievous primates rummaged through locals' bags on the vehicles to find snacks in Songkhla, southern, Thailand on October 20.

Footage shows one of the macaques sitting on a vehicle munching its ill-gotten gains while its other companion searches through a black bag and opens a box.

The critters then jumped on the seats of the vehicles looking for their next target.

Monkeys are common in the area, and there have been reports of them taking items and even barging into homes in search of food.

Like other animals, they attack when feel threatened. Risks from monkey bites include serious wound infections, the herpes B virus, and rabies.
