This is the moment rain was visible through one window but not another just a few yards away.

Footage shows the hyper-localised shower outside one side of a house while the other remains dry on a sunny day in Myanmar, on October 23.

Jue, the homeowner, said: 'I have never seen this phenomenon before. It was weird.'

Localised rain can occur due to convective clouds, which often produce rainfall in specific areas while leaving nearby spots dry. The cloud's structure may also play a role. If it is unevenly filled with moisture, rain might only fall in certain areas.
