As we were waiting to see the latest Starlink Satellite Train , G10-8 , fly high over the swiss Alps, it appeared EXTREMELY bright and flared to an estimated magnitude -9 brightness, maybe even brighter ?

I had received information from the STARLINK SATELLITE OBSERVING GROUP on Facebook that the new batch of Starlink satellites was going to fly over the Alps at 6.32PM local time.

I was with 2 surfing friends at Alaïa Bay surfspot ( surfing pool ) in Sion Switzerland when we saw the train arrive. It was VERY bright, much brighter than any I've seen before ( I've seen dozens in the last 5 years... But THIS one was special, appeared extremely bright... and flared to brightness beyond imagination... I thought it had exploded.

the train then flew over us and disappeared in the glare of the stadium lighting of Alaïa Bay surfslpot.
