Torrential rain and flooding have wreaked havoc along the coastal areas of Genoa and Savona since Saturday afternoon, prompting dozens of emergency responses. In Arenzano, the overflowing Rio Lissolo engulfed three vehicles, leaving one man missing. Throughout the night, divers and water rescue teams have been combing the area in a desperate search for the missing person.
